- declutter our lives
- to eat cleaner
- to feel calmer
- to be kinder to our Mind, Body and Soul!
They say that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 21 days to break a habit… so we have put together a 21-day challenge for ourselves to break some habits that don’t serve us and to create new habits to nurture our Mind, Body and Souls.
This is NOT about going on a diet!!
This is about being happier, healthier and having fun!
